People

A community, not a staff list.

Forall Labs has no employees. It has members who choose what to work on and get named on what they produce.

Open roles

What the community needs most right now.

None of these are jobs. They are the places where a volunteer makes the biggest difference.

Researchers

People to propose and lead projects in any of the four themes. Experience helps; a track record is not required.

Engineers

Infrastructure, reproducible training pipelines, and the tooling that makes a result something others can actually run.

Domain experts

Clinicians, teachers, public-sector and climate people who know which problems are real and which are imagined by researchers.

Reviewers

People willing to read work carefully before it goes out under the lab's name, and to say when it is not ready.

Organisers

Running the reading group, keeping the community going, and making the lab a place people want to come back to.

Supporters

Compute, credits or funding. The single biggest limit on what an open lab can take on.
